This revitalized neighborhood on the edge of downtown is enjoyed by young singles, urban professionals and growing families who enjoy the diversity of city living, close proximity to downtown and a community feel. LoHi has a very eclectic mix of modern and historic architecture. You will find stately Victorians and brick bungalows mixed in with newly built brownstones, condos and apartments. Many neighborhood favorites such as Pasquini’s Pizzeria, Duo Restaurant and Gallop Cafe can be found on W. 32nd Ave. and Zuni Street. Another popular section of  businesses can be found on Boulder Street where Vita, Lola and Little Man Ice Cream stand. The Highland pedestrian bridge, located in LoHi, connects Northwest Denver to downtown allowing easy access to Confluence Park and the Cherry Creek bike path. The proximity to I-25 and Speer Blvd. makes commuting from LoHi very convenient. Boundaries include W. 38th Ave., I-25, Speer Blvd. and Zuni St.
